Salesforce Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect and Tech Lead to join the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the Functional team to determine how best to implement solutions (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs App-Exchange, etc
• Escalation Point for technical issues.
• Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform: - Expert platform knowledge
•  Integration and data Migration
• End to End Technical Solutions
• Drive technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components
• Offer best practice advice and recommendations to client stakeholders often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy
• Engage with client Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of Salesforce and integration/migration
• Lead technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects
• Provide overall Salesforce technical expertise
• Provide overall systems architecture expertise in order to relate to and build upon existing client environments
• Architect creative solutions that solve client’s business and technical problems
• Lead and facilitates project discovery to define business, functional, and technical requirements
• Develop data integration, migration and deployment strategies
• Build & Deploy Salesforce solutions
• Lead Proof of Concepts and technical solutioning
• Works with client to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience).
• Technical Lead with strong Salesforce Implementation & Integration experience
• Strong experience developing Salesforce customization (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations
• Experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations
• Experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Mulesoft
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Pipelines, Power BI, SQL etc.
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
